iKey Express Privacy Policy

Before using iKey Express, you must agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, uninstall the iKey Express application from your device.

Confidential data used
iKey Express application may use the following data:

iKey Express may access your location, even in the background (when the app is closed). iKey Express uses this data for the following purposes:

• to determine the location of the device when editing bookmarks and the database to set the default key coordinates;
• for the Smart Key service to work (this service in automatic mode, even in the background, may transfer the nearest key to the connectediKey key emulator device using your location data and data from your key database);
• to connect devices (SMKey, TMD-5S, iKey and others) via Bluetooth LE (location permission is required to scan Bluetooth air).

iKey Express does not transfer your location data anywhere. This data is processed locally on your device.

iKey Express can access your file system, including in the background (when the application is closed). iKey Express uses this data for the following purposes:

• work with key databases for easy transfer of saved key codes to duplicators and key emulators;
• work with device firmware files to update the firmware of duplicators and key emulators;
• work with bookmark files for easy transfer of saved key codes to duplicators and key emulators.
• for the Smart Key service to work (this service in automatic mode, even in the background, may transfer the nearest key to the connected iKey key emulator device using your location data and data from your key database).

iKey Express does not transfer this data anywhere. This data is processed locally on your device.

Who processes this data
The copyright holder of iKey Express is ООО "Икей" (iKey LCC), which operates under Russian law. That means, all data, including confidential ones, are processed by the staff of Ikey LLC (legal address: Russia, Murmansk, Parkhomenko st., 4, office 4, 183032, PSRN 1175190008542, TIN 5190073420). Any data, including confidential, if transferred to iKey, is stored on servers located in Russia and transmitted exclusively via encrypted communication channels (HTTPS). By accepting this policy, you agree that your data can be stored on servers in the Russian Federation and all operations with them are carried out within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation even if you are not a citizen or resident of the Russian Federation.

Transfer of confidential data to third parties
iKey LCC does not transfer your data to third parties, but reserves the right to transfer this data if required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

IKEY LLC reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this privacy policy without special notice. You can always find the current conditions in the corresponding section of the application.
